Recording is on your Mac. Gemini writes the draft. That is the only hop. Not “never leaves the device.” Not a privacy fairy tale.
On the Mac
No bot in Zoom, Meet, or Teams.
SenseVoice transcribes on-device first.
Drafts and transcripts live in the app folder.
After a usable transcript, source audio is deleted. Ordinary delete. If it fails, audio can stay.
What leaves
Gemini gets transcript text to write the draft.
Sometimes the audio file, briefly, for quotes — then we ask Google to drop it.
If local transcription fails, Gemini is the backup. Audio goes to Google.
Our servers never receive the meeting.
License check: a key and a device id. Not the tape.
What we never do
No LinkedIn login. No posting for you.
No Groq. Not a transcription option.
We don't train our own models on your calls.
Clear All is not “delete every file on the machine.” Don't pretend it is.

Bring your own API key. The cloud hop becomes yours. Not shipped. When it is, this page will say so in the same type.
Legal
This is what the code does. A lawyer still has to sign the published policy. Google's training terms are theirs, not a promise we can print from our repo.
